About Us
Since 2000, “MGL-Business” provides industrial and office
accommodation and services to companies starting
business in Moldova. The excellent experience in both,
industrial (in Tax Free Zones of Chisinau and Comrat) and office areas (co-founder of “Euro Tower” office building), combined with the high quality of provided premises, together with continuous improving and strengthening of the business climate in Moldova, caused the available office space being no longer sufficient.
In order to respond to this reality and equally eager to
promote European Business in Moldova, the founder
of “MGL-Business” decided in 2018 to launch our next ambitious project, called the “ITower”.
FACILITIES AND ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS
The “iTower” was designed to make Moldova more
accessible for European business. By all means this
building fulfills the construction, safety, comfort and
technological requirements of European standards
for an “A” class business tower. The building also
guarantees to be earthquake proof till level 8.

In order to meet most demanding customer requirements,
the building has been designed in accordance with the latest
technical solutions combined with modern architectural
tendencies.

Location
The “ITower” is strategically located in the Botanica District, between
the airport and the city center. The location is in a green environment,
on Dacia Boulevard, easy accessible by public transport (trolleybus
and bus station on the spot), neighbouring a nice hotel with
recreation area and restaurant. The “ITower” aims to play a leading
role in the up-coming social and business development of the region.
